Isaiah 43:18–19 says, “Do not call to mind the former things, or ponder the things of the past. Behold I will do something new, now it will spring forth…”
I’ve heard many people over the years give prophetic words using these verses; but I believe we are coming into a season where that phrase “now it will spring forth,” is going to be the focus. It is one thing for God to say that the next step, or the next stage, is going to be something new, but it is different when God says we can skip a few steps or skip a stage or two, and that the new thing will spring forth, like a quantum leap. I believe that we have moved into Quantum Leap time.
In the natural, there is a law called “The Law of Continuity.” The law of continuity says that nothing changes abruptly; that everything changes slowly, even in minutiae. This law says that there are no “jumps, or leaps,” but the principle of quantum leaps can overcome the law of continuity, and there can be changes that represent leaps, or jumps. We are in that time prophetically. I believe that we are in a time, where those who are pressing in, desiring to carry a greater Presence, and a greater Anointing, are going to be experiencing quantum leaps, in the Spirit. The Hungry are experiencing major shifts in their Inner Man, that is positioning them for “Jumps.” Our normal growth, spiritually, happens step by step, but there are those times when we skip a grade or two. This is where we are at, and the nature of the battle we are in sets the stage.
There are many who used to fast, but have laid it down for years, and I believe The Holy Spirit is saying to pick it up again. This time there will be a greater grace than you ever known to fast and pray. I hear, “Easy Peasy” this time to fast. Many will talk about the “fun of fasting,” and the “Pleasure of Prayer.” Remember, fasting doesn’t change God, instead it puts us in a place of volunteer weakness, and being poor in spirit, so that it’s easier for God to change us; positioning us for quantum leaps.
Is. 66:7 “Before she travailed, she brought forth;
Before her pain came, she gave birth to a boy.
Is. 66:8 “Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things?
Can a land be born in one day?
Can a nation be brought forth all at once?
As soon as Zion travailed, she also brought forth her sons.
Is. 66:9 “Shall I bring to the point of birth and not give delivery?” says the LORD.
“Or shall I who gives delivery shut the womb?” says your God.
It’s a Route 66 time. Sometimes God says it’s time to travel on Route 66, where things in Him accelerate. That’s where we are. We are in an “exceedingly, abundantly, beyond anything we’ve asked or imagined” time. This will be the most scenic route, in the Kingdom, that many will have ever taken.
