The Way 1/9/24 Too much grace?

Some Christians are afraid that if you talk too much about grace, you’ll just sin all you want to. The truth is, if you are new creation in Christ, you don’t want to sin at all. Your new nature is the righteousness of God in Christ. Therefore, Christians don’t sin by nature; they sin by choice. Another thing is that “by grace, we are saved through faith.” That’s not just about grace saving us from sin’s penalty; it’s also about grace saving us from sin’s power. As a free gift, we were grafted into Christ and the life He lives. He lives His victorious life over sin  through us daily as a free gift of grace.

Titus 2:11-12 NASB

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all people, [12] instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously, and in a godly manner in the present age, it is the grace of God that’s instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously, and in a godly manner in the present age. It’s not a matter of talking too much about grace. The problem is we don’t talk enough about grace, for grace has a face, and that face is Jesus, who is God’s free gift to us to save us from the reign of sin.
