Living In Victory Over Sin

The first thing Jesus came to do was destroy the works of the devil in terms of sin controlling our lives. He died for your sins in particular, satisfying God’s justice.  He also died TO your particular brand of sin…so you died to that sin, which can no longer have power over you. Jesus died as you, He lives in you, to live through you.
