Psa. 68:33 To Him who rides upon the highest heavens, which are from ancient times; Behold, He speaks forth with His voice, a mighty voice.
Heb. 1:3 And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
The higher you get the more you can see. Our Lord rides upon the highest heavens. These are ancient paths from eternity past. He sees it all. Nothing escapes His notice, not just concerning the affairs of nations, but the details of our personal lives. He sees everything that is going on and everything that is coming toward us that we can’t see. Nothing that happens to us is a surprise to Him.
The Hebrews passage says that the One who sees it all upholds all things by the word of His power. Ps 68 says, as He rides the highest Heaven, His mighty voice is released.
As He rides on the highest heavens, seeing all things about your life, now and all your tomorrows, He speaks forth with a mighty voice His decrees concerning your life, which releases His upholding power. You are going to make it through. More than that, you will fulfill your destiny in Christ because He is upholding you, by His declared words concerning you. You will not go down. You will not fall apart, because He is upholding you and He will continue to do so.
