We are living in a time when the overcomed will emerge as Overcomers. Many will discover that in their struggle God never did abandon them, as the devil told them He did. Many believed it was to late to reign; that most of their Kingdom rights had been permanently forfeited through years of compromise. They are discovering that God never left them, but that He was always there, believing in them, waiting for them to become vulnerable enough to have their spiritual sensitivities restored. I hear the sound of heart cries, and longings coming forth from places that have been silent too long. I see rocks crying out and being changed into beating hearts again. The Lord says, “It’s not too late. I’ve been waiting all this time for this moment to arrive. Sometimes my people, who once had great hope, have to wander, so that childlike wonder can be restored.” I see Christian cynics filled with laughter and fascination. I see the Almost becoming the Filled. God is restoring a “Dreams Do Come True anointing” to the faint of heart. I see a Psalm 126 people emerging.
When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion,
we were like those who dream.
2 Then our umouth was filled with laughter,
and our tongue with shouts of joy;
then they said among the nations,
“The Lord has done great things for them.”
3 The Lord has done great things for us;
we are glad.
4 Restore our fortunes, O Lord,
like streams in the Negeb!
5 wThose who sow in tears
shall reap with shouts of joy!
6 He who goes out weeping,
bearing the seed for sowing,
shall come home with shouts of joy,
bringing his sheaves with him.
Captives being retuned to the captivity of the Lords tender heart, once again gladly imprisoned to the love of God. They will be like those who dream again, whose dreams come true this time. Once again knowing that God is doing great things for them; living in the realm of supernatural stories. God is restoring spiritual fortunes that weren’t lost, just held in reserve by the Lover of their souls. Dragon Skins are being removed and New Creations, that have been anesthetized by choices and complacency, are coming forth with joyful shouting.
If you have been among the anesthetized, then start claiming Ps.126 as yours. Read it. Treasure it in your heart. In humility let it become an implanted word, and it will take over you. What you take will take you. Believe. See.
