Song of Solomon 2:13-14, “Arise my darling, my beautiful one, and come away with me. O my dove, in the cleft of the rock, in the secret place of the steep pathway, let me see your face, let me hear your voice; for your voice is sweet, and your face is lovely.”
Song of Solomon 4:15, “You are a garden spring, a well of living water, and streams flowing down from Lebanon.”
I’ve recently seen The Holy Spirit do some remarkable things. Extraordinary manifestations of His power on display has been the norm, not the exception. The river of His anointing has been so encouraging, and the breakthrough has been such an answer to heart cries. In light of all that’s been happening, I’ve asked The Lord what is to be my response. I want to know how to steward all of of this. I long to know how to take this breakthrough farther, so I’ve been asking “what do I do to get theMuch More.” His answer to me has been so profoundly simple. He keeps saying “Just go deeper into my presence. If you’ll just capture my heart, the river will come with it.” He is calling me once again to Come Away With Him to the secret place of the steep pathway of intimacy, and encounter. The secret place in the S.S. is on the mountain range of Lebanon; called the White Mountains. The word Lebanon means “heart,” and it’s from His heart that the River of Anointing flows down from. The Lord has been saying to me, and I believe is saying to His Beloved (us) that “If you go after my heart in the Secret Place; if you’ll go deeper into my presence, the River will flow down into all that you do. Pierce my heart with your adoration, and affection, and blood and flooding waters will flow down.”
