Galatians 2:20

20 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and [a]the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
This is the heart of what it means to be a New Creation. Christ living in me, sharing with me His life. The word ‘Power’ in the New Testament literally means “Ability.” As a Christian you have the supernatural ability of Jesus to live the Christian life, within you. To realize that power all we have to do is receive it by faith moment by moment, and for every situation. Col.2:6 says,”Just as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him.” How did you receive Him? By simple faith! Jesus offered Himself to us as a free gift, and no matter how you worded it, when you became a Christian you simply received Him as a free gift. You received Him by faith. Whenever someone offers you a gift, you take it and say “Thank You.” There it is, faith in its sheer simplicity. Take and say Thank You. Every minute of everyday acknowledge the fact that Christ is living in you as your life, big enough for whatever you facing, and say Thanks, as you are consciously receiving His ability. The life of the Vine is always flowing into the Branch. All the Branch has to do is with restful certainty receive the life of the Vine. That’s what Branches are created to do, receive and display the life of the Vine. That display is called Fruit. You’ll never see a Branch struggling and straining to bear Fruit. In the analogy of John 15, the Branch just by faith restfully enjoys the life of the Vine flowing in it, and the result is the Branch displays Vinelife. Don’t struggle and strain, or plead for Jesus to live through you. He already is, so by faith in every circumstance celebrate that fact before you ever see any outward evidence or it. Your faith will activate His faithfulness to act on your behalf. Faith doesn’t make anything so. Faith simply acts on what already is so actually, so that God can make it so experientially. The Christian life is supernatural. That’s what makes it the most amazing adventure a human can experience. Jesus Christ is the only one who can live it. That’s why He came to live inside of you. He knows how to be Christlike. He’s good at it. He’s been doing it a long time. This is being Born Again. Not just forgiven, and given a ticket to heaven, but being something new, supernatural. He didn’t just forgive us and leave us as the same person who messed it up the first time around. Without new equipment we would just mess it up again. Instead, we have new supernatural equipment to be new persons, with new ability from Heaven,(Jesus Himself) to get it right this time. He didn’t come to just save me from my sins, He came to save me from myself. Hallelujah!!!! Have a great day, actually have a great LIFE In Christ.
