2 Cor. 5:21, “He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”
Imputed righteousness is the Father seeing you in Christ, which guarantees your acceptance even when you sin. Imparted righteousness is you seeing Christ in you, which guarantees your victory over every sin. Our part is simply to believe. As the New Man, we can live without condemnation when we fail; and we can live with the expectation that we don’t have to fail. Thanks be to God who is always giving us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
