While worshiping on a Sunday morning the Lord spoke this word very clearly to me and he said this was a season called “the Holy Spirit.” I kind of argued in my own mind about that because it has really been the season of the Holy Spirit since the day of Pentecost so that word didn’t make sense to me. Then the Lord strongly reiterated to me that this was the season called “the Holy Spirit.” I believe that in this spiritual season the Holy Spirit is going to be highly honored and visibly active in an elevated way. When people think about a fresh move of the Holy Spirit they normally think in terms of a greater release of power, but in Romans 1:4 the Holy Spirit is referred to as “the Spirit of holiness.” I believe during this time we will see a much greater release or realization of the power of the Holy Spirit but, it will also be a time of God’s people rediscovering the joy of spirit-filled holiness.
