Pillars of Reconciliation was founded by Mike Paciello and exists to be used by the Lord to ignite community restoration/revival through reconciliation. It operates based on Micah 6:8, “He has shown you, O man, what is good and this is what the Lord requires of you, to do JUSTICE, to love MERCY and to walk Humbly with your God”. The two pillars necessary for lasting reconciliation of the races are justice and mercy and the foundation needed is humility before God.

Mike Paciello has committed his life to seeing the churches come together in meaningful ministry to the least, lost and broken. He is available to speak and help facilitate unity anywhere people are committed to authentic reconciliation.

He is involved in seminars and mentoring programs that equip and build up the body of Christ for ministry while providing opportunities for people of different races and denominations to spend time together and get to know each other in more than superficial ways.

“Expanding Our Grace Margins”

“Expanding Our Grace Margins” is a seminar co-created with black pastor Kervin Jones of Greensboro and white pastor Fletcher Comer of Fort Payne. This seminar helps us see our differences on a deeper level so we can empathetically relate to one another, doing the Lord’s work while answering Jesus’ prayer to be one, as He and the Father are one.

Mentoring Relationships

Mentoring the fatherless young people in our communities is a way of ministering to the needs of the community and a catalyst to bring the church together across racial and denominational lines for the sake of Jesus and these children He loves.

We are calling for men and women to mentor a young person, preferably at the 3rd grade level, and commit to be in his/her life until their high school graduation. Can’t you just see the smile on Jesus’ face as Christian men and women “adopt” these kids just as He has “adopted” us into His family!

Be a part of the solution.

When we humble ourselves enough to realize that we really need each other, we will learn from each other and together we can accomplish so much more than we could ever on our own. Won’t you join us?
