Trust is The Issue- The path to National Revival 11/25/14

When there’s been deep woundedness over a period of time forgiveness is relatively easy to obtain, when there is honest confession, and real repentance, but trust restored happens over several seasons. What’s happening in Ferguson Missouri is now the second time over the last little while that God has allowed something like this to come to the surface. Not too long ago it was the Trevon Martin case. There is a great divide between many people because they can’t seem to understand where the other side is coming from. Many white Americans can’t understand why black Americans won’t trust the legal system, and many black Americans can’t understand why white Americans doesn’t understand why they can’t trust, or at least have a hard time trusting the legal system. Because white America doesn’t seem to understand why black Americans mistrust, black America then becomes more convinced that white America still doesn’t get it concerning racism, and their historic pain and mistrust.

I believe that the Lord showed me that He has allowed these thoughts and emotions to come to the surface to get the attention of His church. If the leadership in the church, both white and black don’t step up and come together in humility, for true reconciliation to occur, these issues will continue to happen with greater destruction. God’s heart is for His church, and therefore for His heart is for Revival to take place in His church, so that the kingdom of God can be advanced in this country. The Church is His plan. He has no backup plan. If that is true, then His Church being revived and displaying the fullest expression of Christ likeness is His most important priority. You see, lost people regardless of the color of their skin are walking with carnal mindedness, but His church carries the mind of Christ. The Church is the Salt of the Earth, and The Light of The World, then only the Church can bring truth and healing to ancient wounds and deep mistrust. As leaders in the Body of Christ come together leaning on the Mind of Christ, they will begin to walk in like mindedness.

Phil. 2:2 “make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose.
Phil. 2:3 Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves;
Phil. 2:4 do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.”

God is after Revival because Revival will result in harvest. He will use crises to force His leaders to come together in humility to get the mind of Christ so that His Church can speak supernatural wisdom, and display supernatural unity and power. The confused and unhealed will run to be healed and find rest under the branches of the Kingdom of God.

Pray that Leaders in the Church get it this time, or at least start to get it, or we will see in the days to come, not just as a result of this incidents, riots in the streets as we’ve never seen before. The assaults from the outside will be nothing compared to the assaults from the inside. It’s all about Revival, and the goodness is that it is happening now in places around America at early stages, but it will come even greater as God forces His Church into greater unity. Pray that the path will be as painless as possible.
