Just a short reminder today.
Jesus said that He was the Vine and that we are the Branches. Branches don’t pull or strain the life out of the vine, they just rest and simply enjoy the life of the vine that is flowing and moving in them. It is the role of the branch to rest, receive, and display, as fruit, the life of the vine. No matter how desperate your situation is today, and how badly your need of Him is, Rest. HE WORKS. I didn’t say IT works, like resting is another formula for successful Christian living, I said HE WORKS, because Christianity is a Who To, not a How To. It’s a relationship, not just stuff you memorize. Therefore since HE WORKS, REST today, thanking and enjoying Him for His His activity in you and through you.
