20I have been crucified with Christ [in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ (the risen Lord) lives in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in (by adherence to and reliance on and complete trust in) the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
Just a short word to start your work week.
There is only one person who can live the Christian life successfully, and His name is Jesus. He, in the person of the Holy Spirit, lives inside of you now in all of His resurrection power. The one who conquered death is prepared at every moment to share His abundant ability to face every situation in your day, and week. As a matter of fact He is releasing His life in you right now. It’s happening. He is your Life, and He is sharing His supreme adequacy for every situation with you as you read this. God said it, so it’s so. I don’t know what you facing this week, but He does, and He is not the least bit threatened. He conquered death, so what will you face this week that He who lives in you isn’t BIG ENOUGH for. Have a great day stepping into every circumstance thanking Him for His ability.
